Production Zones

Every order passes through these six zones. All under one roof, managed by one team.

Zone 1: Prepress

File review, color separation, plate making (CTP), proof generation. This is where we catch 90%+ of potential issues before ink touches paper.

  • File check (resolution, bleed, color mode)
  • CTP plate imaging
  • Digital and wet proof production

Zone 2: Press Room

Heidelberg and Komori offset presses for bulk runs. High-speed digital units for shorter jobs. Operators pull sample sheets throughout every run.

  • Heidelberg & Komori offset presses
  • High-speed digital printing units
  • On-press color density monitoring

Zone 3: Binding

Automated lines for perfect binding, saddle stitching, case binding, and wire-o. Operators monitor alignment and binding strength in real time.

  • Perfect binding lines
  • Saddle stitch stations
  • Case binding / wire-o / spiral

Zone 4: Finishing

Lamination, foil stamping, spot UV coating, embossing, and die-cutting. Each finish is applied and inspected before moving to the next step.

  • Matte / gloss / soft-touch lamination
  • Foil stamping (gold, silver, custom)
  • Spot UV, emboss, deboss, die-cut

Zone 5: Quality Control

Final inspection station. Random sampling per AQL 2.5 standard. Color consistency, trim accuracy, binding strength, and surface condition verified.

  • AQL 2.5 sampling inspection
  • Color consistency verification
  • Binding and finish spot-check

Zone 6: Packing & Dispatch

Products are counted, wrapped, and packed into shipping-ready cartons with corner protection, moisture barriers, and correct labeling.

  • Double-walled carton construction
  • Corner protectors & moisture barriers
  • Palletization for sea freight
