A clear process that
respects your deadline.
Every project follows the same 8-step workflow. You know what you provide, what we do, and what happens at each stage. No guesswork, no surprises.
Send an inquiry
Product type, quantity, size, finish preferences, delivery destination, target date, and artwork (optional but helpful).
Review your inquiry within 24 hours and confirm we have everything needed for an accurate quote.
Tip:If you don't have final files yet, share a reference photo or rough spec list. We can quote from that.
Quotation & options
Feedback on the options. Questions about anything unclear.
Reply with a clear quote: recommended build, unit and total price, production timeline, and shipping options with cost estimates.
Tip:If there are multiple ways to hit your budget, we'll show you practical alternatives.
Prepress file check
Print-ready artwork files (PDF preferred).
Check your files for resolution, bleed, color mode (CMYK), font embedding, and overprint settings. Flag any issues or fix them with your approval.
Tip:If we find a problem, we'll tell you exactly what to adjust — or propose a safe fix on our end.
Proofing & approval
Approval of the proof (digital or physical).
Send a digital proof (fast, for content/layout approval) or produce a pre-production sample (recommended for premium finishes or new formats).
Tip:This is your green light. Once you approve, we commit to full production.
Production
Nothing — we handle this.
Your project enters the production queue: printing, drying, finishing (lamination, foil, UV, etc.), and binding/assembly. All in-house.
Tip:Because we control every step under one roof, we keep progress coordinated across departments.
Quality control
Nothing — we handle this.
4-stage inspection: prepress file check (done), on-press color monitoring, post-press physical inspection, and packing verification.
Tip:Our goal is to ensure the first sheet looks like the last. AQL 2.5 sampling standard applies.
Packing & shipping
Delivery address and preferred shipping method.
Pack for real-world transport: double-walled cartons, corner protectors, moisture barriers, and palletization for sea freight. Ship via your chosen method.
Tip:Sea freight (25–40 days) is most economical. Air freight (7–15 days) or express courier (3–7 days) for urgent orders.
After-delivery support
Feedback. Your next order specs.
Keep project notes and production specs on file for faster future quotes. If you reorder, we reference the same settings so your next run matches.
Tip:We are here for the long-term partnership. Repeat orders are where our process really shines.
Typical Timeline
Actual timelines vary by product complexity, quantity, and finishing requirements. Confirmed in your quote.
