Use the 15-day promise for the correct stage.

Free samples are available, with sample preparation completed within 15 days.

That statement covers sample preparation. It does not promise that bulk printing, courier transit or customs clearance will finish within the same 15 days. Identify the required approval feature and the delivery arrangements in the sample request.

Remove avoidable schedule uncertainty.

Make an arrival date useful.

Share the destination and the latest acceptable in-hand date. Identify which milestones are fixed, such as a launch or distribution appointment, and allow the team to compare feasible production and transport options.

Do not treat a published typical turnaround from another factory as your order schedule. Your quotation and approval plan define the actual release conditions.

Build a specification we can quote.

Tell us the product, finished size, quantity and destination. Include the feature you need the sample to check.
