Ordering and payment
Turn the project into one agreed specification.
The quote, approval file and packing list should describe the same product and quantity. Write down undecided choices early so the sample can answer the right question.
Supply a brief that can be compared.
| Input | What to state | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Product and use | Reading, writing, retail packing or another intended use | Directs material, structure and sample checks. |
| Dimensions and count | Trim / internal dimensions; pages, cards or components | Prevents a price comparison between different constructions. |
| Quantity | Copies, individual cards, decks or complete sets by version | A 200-deck order is different from 200 individual cards. |
| Material and print | Named grade where known; printing faces and spot colors | Separates stock and print choices from appearance-only descriptions. |
| Construction and finish | Binding, folds, inserts and effect layers | Identifies assembly work and the feature needing sample approval. |
| Destination and date | City/postcode and required arrival date | Connects production to freight, clearance and delivery scope. |
Keep one approved revision.
Approve content, material, construction and included effects against their named references. If the file changes, identify the changed pages or layers and issue a new revision. An earlier PDF approval cannot automatically cover later artwork.
Repeat orders should identify the previous reference and any substitutions. A paper change can alter opacity, color appearance and the cover fit even when the page size stays the same.
Bank transfer follows the confirmed invoice.
Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T). The quotation and invoice set out the payment schedule and bank instructions.
Use the invoice supplied through your established project contact. If bank instructions change unexpectedly, verify them through an already-known contact channel before arranging the transfer. Do not use a generic website example as bank-payment instructions.
The payment schedule and production-release conditions belong to the quotation and invoice. No fixed deposit percentage is presented as a universal term.
Keep the information needed to resolve an issue.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us with the order reference, photographs and affected quantity. We review the issue and arrange reprinting where needed.
Identify the affected version or carton and keep representative samples so the correction and replacement specification can be agreed.
The order reference, affected quantity, version and clear photographs help distinguish a content issue, production issue or transport damage. Keep representative samples and the packing identification.
